As producer, one of my favorite tasks is creating the shot list/animation tracker. My goal is to always maintain and update workflow to support the crew.
Another on of my tasks was preparing assets for animators and layout artist. Below, I have an example of character color palettes I created in Toon Boom Harmony.

Alone Together tells the story of a couple, after a fight, sit in their apartment in silence as they battle their own anxiety to speak to each other again.

Natural Habitat is short film about another bad day for a busy bear and a rascal racoon who wanted to take advantage of him. I assisted with the producer is creating organization tools for the production.

One of my responsibilities was to create and keep track of the expenses sheet. Materials were bought by individual students and to make sure we all contributed evenly, I created the expense sheet to track all purchases.
Another one of my responsibilities was making a bar schedule based off the films final due date and give the appropriate time for each stage of the production.
